Kun kiinnityssuostumus, joka oli merkitty vekselisaamisen vakuudeksi pantuun velkakirjaan, oli näytetty annetun jo sanotun saamisen syntyessä, kiinnityksen katsottiin perustuvan velan syntyessä tehtyyn lupaukseen ja siis olevan KS 46 §:n k-kohdan mukaan pätevä.
